There are two ways to reach Machu Picchu. One involves a lot of time and stamina and the another one is a condition journey. Reaching Machu Picchu by Inca Trail takes quaternary days mass old Inca routes in the mountains and threesome base camps. Definately a rattling ecological way of travelling and Machu Picchu is reached for sunrise. Taking the condition from Poroy station meet 20 mins right Cuzco whizzes you there in meet threesome hours.

What then follows is a brief charabanc trip up a long and extremely winding dirt track. As you move up the hill, you embellish alive of the architechtural accomplishment the Incas managed to fulfill building the place. Between the peaks of Machu Picchu (the Old Mountain) and Huayna Picchu (Young Mountain) the small Incan community sits same a saddle on the mountain ridge. Places for whorship, storage and improvement neatly sound into the rural terraces which lie on the outside. From the top, where the caretaker's domicile stands, the prizewinning views can be had. Well, in theory. When I got there, the clouds had enclosed the whole area. And as if the clouds weren't intense enough, it also rained pretty hard. The first couple of hours were basically spent hunt diminution in various huts and drying discover the camera gear. At around 2pm, the hordes of tourists in their brightly black raincoats began to subside.

They mitt because some needed to catch the trains back to Ollantaytambo or Poroy (Cuzco). Around an hour later, the fall also died down and the downpour gave way to a unceasing drizzle. It was a relief to be able to meet spot the whole community beneath including the peak of Huayna Picchu. And then, completely unannounced the solarise came out. Slowly but surely and remodeled the place's magic. The grey blankett was pulled absent to expose the bright greens of Machu Picchu's grass areas and the darker greens of the adjacent mountains. Persistance does pay.

I spent the night in Aguas Calientes and went up again the mass morning hoping for a better day but the fall evidenced equally bad. At least, now reunited with my group, we proven to make the prizewinning of it
